We provide end to end support to protect and maximize your revenue. This includes insurance credentialing, billing workflow audits, denial management, outstanding claims recovery, and KPI reporting.
What is a Fractional COO?
A Fractional COO provides senior level operational leadership on a part time basis. It is designed for practices that need executive guidance, such as strategic planning, leadership team support, and vendor management, but are not yet ready to hire a full-time Chief Operating Officer.
