WHAT GUIDES US

Our Core Values

Core Value

Integrity First

We operate with radical transparency. We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

Meet the Founder

Julianne Brady

Founder & CEO, JGB Consulting Group

Career Highlights

  • Mindful Healing Works Wellness Center
  • Recovered $100K+ in outstanding insurance claims
  • Led 250% staff growth at a multidisciplinary center
  • Reached 30K+ contacts at 51% average email open rate
  • 10+ years inside behavioral health organizations

Julianne founded JGB Consulting Group on a conviction shaped by more than a decade inside behavioral health organizations: that exceptional clinical care is necessary but not sufficient for a practice to thrive. Time and again, she watched skilled providers struggle not because of the care they delivered, but because they lacked the operational infrastructure, marketing presence, and business systems that turn clinical excellence into a sustainable, growing practice. JGB exists to supply exactly that expertise, the business side of healthcare that clinical training does not cover.

Julianne is not a provider, and that distinction is central to what she offers. Her career has been spent on the operational, marketing, and growth side of mental and behavioral health, building the systems and visibility that allow provider-led organizations to scale. She holds a B.S. in Behavioral and Community Health from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Health, and has spent the years since translating that grounding into measurable organizational results.

Most recently, as Chief Operations Officer of Mindful Healing Works Wellness Center, she led a full organizational restructuring of a growing insurance-based outpatient mental health center within nine months, establishing division structures, standardizing operating procedures, building and onboarding a new billing team that recovered more than $100,000 in outstanding insurance claims, and implementing a CRM to strengthen client engagement and retention. Earlier, as Director of Outreach and Communications at The Chesapeake Center for ADHD, Learning and Behavioral Health, she directed the full administrative division of a multidisciplinary center with more than fifty providers, leading marketing and client acquisition through CRM-driven outreach (Salesforce), multi-channel campaigns including monthly communications to 30,000-plus contacts at a 51% average open rate, and a new client sales division she built and led. Over her tenure there, the organization grew its staff by 250%, supported by the referral relationships, community partnerships, and intake infrastructure she developed. Her earlier work — leading patient intake and experience, and coordinating youth mental health programs across more than seventeen schools with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, gave her firsthand command of outreach, stakeholder partnership, and grassroots community engagement.

This is the throughline of Julianne’s career: building the marketing, operational, and organizational foundations that let mission-driven healthcare organizations grow without compromising the care they provide. Through JGB Consulting Group, she brings that proven, behavioral-health-tested expertise to solo providers, group practices, and institutions  pairing strategic marketing and brand development with the operational and financial infrastructure that keeps a practice running and positioned to expand. People-centered in her leadership and accountable to measurable outcomes, she built JGB to be an honest, trustworthy partner in a field that too often sells providers more than it delivers.
